Hollister and I came across these charming cookies this weekend when we popped across the street to pick up some goodies at the Bedford Cheese Shop! These little pieces of heaven are handmade in England with fabulous organic ingredients like Madagascar vanilla, Yorkshire toffee and real strawberry juice. Artisan Biscuits have taken ques from some of our favorite children book tales like "Tortise and the Hare" and have made the cookies in the shapes of the animals.
